  First off I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Many thanks!

  Can I simply just say what a comfort to find someone who actually understands what they're discussing over the internet. You certainly understand how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More and more people really need to read this and understand this side of the story.
