    First off I would like to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Many thanks!

    After I initially commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I receive four emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is a way you are able to remove me from that service? Cheers!

    Hi, I do believe your website might be having internet browser compatibility issues. When I look at your web site in Safari, it looks fine however, if opening in IE, it has some overlapping issues. I simply wanted to give you a quick heads up! Apart from that, great website!
